Introduction
If you have dificulty connecting to the internet, use these steps to reset network settings.
- On the taskbar search, type “Command Prompt.”
- Right click on Command Prompt and press “run as administrator.”
- When asked whether to allow Command Prompt to make changes to your computer, select Yes.
- Open Command Prompt
- Type the command netsh winsock reset then press enter
- Type the command netsh int ip reset then press enter
- Restart the computer
